Christopher Rossey completed a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Psychology at The Ohio State University, cum laude. Christopher started working with adolescents as
part of a transitional learning program for homeless youth. Christopher then graduated from Antioch University New England in 2007, with a Masters of Arts in
Counseling Psychology. While at Antioch, Christopher was awarded the Jonathan-Daniels Scholarship for his display of committment to cultural competency.
His education included two supervised internships serving adolescents at the Goshen-Lempster Cooperative School, as well as the Cheshire Medical Center.
Christopher completed an Americorps service contract while employed as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor at Wediko Children's Services. For the last 2.5 years, Christopher developed his ability to serve the needs of adults who are hampered by the disease of addiction and chemical dependency. Christopher continues to show a committment to the community by attending to the Cheshire County Domestic Violence Council. Christopher's clinical interests include use of the thereapeutic relationship as primary agent of change, family systems theory, and interpersonal coping.
